Amends the:
Social Security Act 1991
and
Social Security (Administration) Act 1999
as a consequence of the income support supplement to war widows and widowers introduced in 1994 under the
Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986
;
Aged Care (Consequential Provisions) Act 1997
,
Social Security and Veterans’ Affairs Legislation Amendment (Family and Other Measures) Act 1997
,
Veterans’ Affairs Legislation Amendment (Budget and Compensation Measures) Act 1997
and
Veterans’ Affairs Legislation Amendment Act (No. 1) 2000
to correct misdescribed amendments that resulted in intended amendments not being made; and
Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986
to correct certain references, omissions and other typographical errors and omit redundant provisions.
