Amends the
Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986
in relation to: treatment of periodic compensation payments and recovery of compensation debts from payers and insurers; treatment of unrealisable financial assets for the purposes of the assets test hardship provisions and income test deeming provisions; inclusion of small superannuation accounts in definitions relating to income and assets; operation of income streams rules; and rounding of service pensions and income support supplement payments to the nearest cent.
