Terms of Reference
In
relation to the use of closed circuit television footage by officers of the
Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) for internal investigations
involving DPS staff:
- whether
there was any improper interference, or attempted improper interference, with
the free performance by Senator Faulkner or any other senator of their duties
as a senator;
- whether
disciplinary action was taken against any person in connection with the
provision of information to Senator Faulkner or any other senator; and
- if so,
whether any contempts were committed in respect of those matters.
