Inquiry into the impact on the agricultural sector of vegetation and land management policies, regulations and restrictions

On Wednesday, 5 December 2018, the Minister for Agriculture and Water Resources, the Hon. David Littleproud MP, asked the Committee to inquire into and report on the impact on the agricultural sector of vegetation and land management policies, regulations and restrictions.

On 11 April 2019 the Committee published a discussion paper on the framework of vegetation and land management legislation/regulation and summary of themes from evidence received.

This inquiry lapsed when the House Standing Committee on Agriculture and Water Resources ceased to exist at the dissolution of the House of Representatives on Thursday 11 April 2019.
