Australian Education Amendment Bill 2017

On 11 May 2017 the Senate referred an inquiry into the Australian Education Amendment Bill 2017 to the Senate Education and Employment Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 14 June 2017.

The closing date for submissions is 25 May 2017.

The committee received evidence from the Department of Education and Training on the policy issues underpinning the bill in answers to questions on notice arising from the 2017-18 Budget Estimates hearing on 1 June 2017.
