Scrutiny News is a brief newsletter highlighting key aspects of the Senate Scrutiny of Bills Committee's work with particular focus on information that may be useful when bills are debated and to raise awareness of the committee's scrutiny principles (see Senate standing order 24). Scrutiny News is published each sitting week after the committee's Scrutiny Digest has been tabled in the Senate.
