Customs Amendment (Controlled Trials) Bill 2021 [Provisions]

On 2 December 2021, the Senate referred the provisions of the Customs Amendment (Controlled Trials) Bill 2021 to the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee (the committee) for inquiry and report by 22 March 2022.

The committee is still conducting its inquiry and requests an extension of time to report until 28 March 2022, to allow it to conclude its deliberations.
