Schedule 2 of the Social Services and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2013

On 5 December 2013 the Senate referred the following matter to the Senate Finance and Public Administration Legislation Committee for inquiry and report.

The Finance and Public Administration Legislation Committee will examine Schedule 2 of the bill. This Schedule amends the Social Security Administration Act to enable a two-year continuation of income management as part of the continuation of Cape York Welfare Reform. Submissions should be received by close of business Monday 9 December 2013. The reporting date is 12 December 2013.
