Outgoing delegation and visits, 40th Parliament 2003

Outgoing delegations and visits — 2003, 40th Parliament

Direct bilateral relationships with other parliaments are a major focus of the PRO. Bilateral visits to other parliaments and attendance by Senators and Members at parliamentary conferences and seminars take place during the year and report back to the Parliament.

The 40th Parliament was prorogued and the House of Representatives dissolved on 31 August 2004 in preparation for a General Election that was held on 9 October 2004. The reports on this page refer to delegations of the 40th Parliament. Information about outgoing delegations during the 41st Parliament is available by visiting the "Current Parliament" link.
