Chapter 13 - Financial legislation
This chapter deals with financial
legislation only in so far as different considerations apply to it and different
procedures are followed in its consideration in the Senate; in so far as such
legislation is treated in the same way as other legislation, it is covered by
Chapter 12, and that chapter should therefore be read in conjunction with this
chapter.
