Recommendations
Recommendation 1
3.20 The
committee recommends that the Department consult with the ACCI, the MIA, and other interested organisations, to
assess the feasibility of programs aimed at increasing the awareness of both
employers and employees of the offences in the bill.
Recommendation 2
3.87 The
committee recommends that as part of the current review of information systems,
the Department conduct discussions with the MIA, the ACCI, and any other interested stakeholders,
the feasibility of expanding access to the EVO facility.
Recommendation 3
3.96 The
Committee recommends that subject to the preceding
recommendations the bill proceed.
