CONSIDERATION OF TIME CRITICAL BILLS
- The committee met in private session on 4 June 2014 at 1.35 pm.
- Pursuant to the resolution of the Senate of 15 May 2014 referring the provisions of time critical bills to legislative and general purpose standing committees for inquiry and report, the committee has considered the provisions of the following bills and, by unanimous decision, has determined that there are no substantive matters that require examination:
- Customs Tariff Amendment (Product Stewardship for Oil) Bill 2014
- Excise Tariff Amendment (Product Stewardship for Oil) Bill 2014.
The committee reports accordingly.
