Amends the Crimes Act 1914, Australian Crime Commission Act 2002, Witness Protection Act 1994, Customs Act 1901, Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 1987 in relation to: controlled operations; delayed notification search warrants; search warrants; seized electronic equipment; assumed identities; and protection of witness identities.
