Commonwealth Government Sites
The Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA) website provides information on Commonwealth Government programs and policies for women. The Office for Women, a part of FaHCSIA, is responsible for ensuring women's interests are considered in the development of government policy, advising the Minister for the Status of Women, administering programs for women and representing the Commonwealth Government at forums on women's issues.
