Terms of Reference
The House of Representatives Standing Committee on Employment, Education
and Training has been asked by the Minister for Employment, Education,
Training and Youth Affairs to inquire into and report on:
- the appropriate roles of institutes of technical and further education;
and
- the extent to which those roles should overlap with universities.
